1) The ConnexRide service
ConnexRide is a referral and comparison service. We help visitors discover transportation providers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. Transportation services are provided by third-party providers.
2) No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee provider availability, pricing, service quality, or suitability for your specific needs.
3) Provider listings
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details. ConnexRide may review, approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion to maintain quality.
4) Payments (provider plans)
If ConnexRide offers paid provider plans, fees, billing cadence, trial terms, and renewal details are shown during checkout. Canceling stops future renewals. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not scrape the site in a way that harms performance.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnexRide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from provider services.
