This Privacy Policy explains how ConnexRide (“ConnexRide”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our provider features, create a listing, or manage a provider account.
1) Information we collect
- Account information (name, email) and login/session information.
- Listing information you submit (company name, phone, website, service areas, vehicle types, photos, and other business details).
- Billing-related identifiers (for example, Stripe account or subscription IDs), if you subscribe to paid plans.
- Analytics/lead events (profile views, call clicks, website clicks) to help you measure performance.
2) How we use your information
- To create and display your listing and profile.
- To review listings for quality and trust (approval workflow).
- To provide dashboards and analytics about your listing performance.
- To manage subscriptions, billing status, and account support.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
3) Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate ConnexRide (hosting, analytics, email, payments). If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by our payment processor, and we only store limited billing identifiers.
4) Public listing data
Your provider profile may be visible to the public (for example, your business name, service areas, website, phone number, and photos you upload). Please do not submit sensitive personal information in public listing fields.
5) Data retention
We keep provider account and listing data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
